I bought new toys to play which enable me attempting my first ever Traditional Mooncake baking. Lotus Moon Cake with Single Egg Yolk and another with Tiramisu fillings. I found the perfect recipe and surprisingly it wasn't difficult as I had initially thought. This is the Traditional Moon Cake, one of the many flavours.
