
"Ang Kei Nui" meaning red eggs.........symbolize a celebration in a peranakan household either a new born or birthday and with the Nasi Kunyit and Gulai Kei (Chicken Curry) . Its steamed Glutinous rice with curry chicken. The rice is yellow after soaking in tumeric powder for 8 hours before steaming with coconut milk. There's a recipie from
