Oh ! am itiching to get this series !Was wondering should I change the sentence to something else ?
Passing of a dear aunt.
We never knew, coz no one inform us . It's been a week and it took a week yesterday for her children to finally locate us !
What about her husband, my uncle ? He is the actual blood relative, being the brother to my mum, while she is married into the family. Don't the sibilings stay connected ? It's true that he is a man of few words, but its just unacceptable ! I just don't see why , where and how they could not reach us. And to make matter worse, none of the family members from their father's side was notified. Only members from their mother 's side got to pay their last respect and most of them came from up north.
And so ! we now have to make a trip home comes weekend. To those related and for whatever reasons that you may have and given for not being able to make the trip back, I for one will have nothing to comment or judge you, coz am in no position to do so ! You are all responsible for whatever your actions and decisions . Am only a messenger , my duty is to deliver and my duty is now done!
May she rest in peace.
